3. Accommodation rental rates may vary depending on seasonal period or your lenght of stay.
4. We keep our right to use different rental rates for special days, bank holidays or any other occassions. Please contact us for more information.
5. For your other rental periods enquiries or longer stay needs (ei; more than 4 weeks) please contact us.

OTHER TERMS
Please read below terms and conditions before you send your booking form.
* Villa Sofa may not be suitable for any quests under the age 15 yearsold. Please ask before you book.
* Please ask more information if you are a group with people whom may have any disabilities. Villa Sofa may not be suitable.
* Villa Sofa has heating system and airconditioning cooling system as standart of accommodation.
* For the months of May, June, October and November we accept minimum 5 days bookings. If you require less then 5days bookings for above period please contact us.
* Minimum 7 days booking for the months of July, August and September. Start from weekend to weekend.
* Every units has a washing machine.
* Villa Sofa is a selfcatering accommodation. We may provide some food and beverage on request. Please ask for more information.
* Pool side facilities are for communal use shared between our quests.(ei; sunbathing chairs, tables, chairs, shower, wc cabinets etc..)
* Weekly cleanning and bedding changing. Any other cleanning request will be chargeable.
* We charge 50% of the booking amount on your reservation. Remaining of the payment should be made 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
* Villa Sofa will ask damage deposite before your arrival. It is refundable after your departure. Damage deposite amount is €.300 Euros per apartment unit.
* We can provide welcome food and beverage package together with some basic cleanning stuffs on your arrival date. It is chargeable.
* Payment to be made via bank transfers or cash payments.
* Check in time starts after 14.00. Check out time is 11.00. Please ask for your other timing requests.
